Many wonderful, internationally famous art galleries and museums have free online access to their amazing and famous artworks painted by some of the best artists the world has ever seen. They cover the whole range of personal taste and styles. Below are just a few examples and I really encourage you to look more at these because the art is absolutely top quality.
Whether you are interested in Old Masters, Renaissance paintings, Contemporary Abstract Painting the The Impressionists, these are the places for you. Many of them have talks and workshops with the curators.
COLOUR IN ART. A GREAT WEBSITE TO LOOK AT DIFFERENT COLOURS IN PAINTINGS.
This is a really fabulous website for those of us who are interested in colour in art. Once on the website you can click on their colour bar along the top and pick any colour; white, grey, pink, purple, deep blue, bright blue, green, yellow, orange, red, brown and black. It will give you lots of famous works on art in very different styles that feature that colour. Do have a look as it is inspiring to see different colour palettes and how each artist makes that colour palette work.

You can search for artworks or artists. So you can find more work by some of the artists mentioned in this course and many more.
